FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTION

Cardio Kickboxing:
Work up a great sweat with this high energy kickboxing class. Constant movement for almost an hour is sure to tighten and tone the whole body. Learn how to box and kick properly while burning hundreds of calories. Limited space available - 24 max. (45min)

Core Training:
Feel your core tighten as you go through an intense core specific workout. A personal trainer will help you focus on the core with multiple different movements and holds. Core training improves overall balance and back support. (30min)

Dynamic Training:
This Fitness Class is a combination of exercises to target the whole body from all directions. A personal trainer uses both cardio and weight training to activate every muscle as well as communicating proper form and technique. Feel better in just days after this amazing Fitness Class. Limited space available - 10 max. (45min)


All participants must sign a Smart Body waiver before attending any classes.
